Creative Trails is an innovative community support program for adults with intellectual disabilities. It incorporates artistic (CREATE), agricultural (CULTIVATE), outdoor experiential (TRAILS), culinary arts (YUM) and art leadership (STUDIO 225/SHOOT MEDIA PROJECT) programs to encompass new and creative ways to address many peoples interests. We offer the participants choices, sophisticated opportunities and integration to help support and guide them to becoming more interdependent. By realizing their potential through experiences of the mind, body, and spirit each individual will live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
