Recovery International Meetings for Mental Health
Recovery self-help group meets every Saturday morning at Maine Medical's Conference (Dana) Center at 22 Bramhall St., Portland, Maine. Very effective after-care for PTSD, anxiety, depression and fears. Member-led method was professionally developed by Dr. Abraham Low. CELEBRATE NATIONAL PUBLIC WORKS WEEK with Portland’s Department of Public Services WHEN: Sat., May 19, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. WHERE: The Gateway Shoppes at Scarborough, home of Cabela’s and other fine stores. WHAT: Kids can explore dumptrucks, bulldozers and other equipment. Games and giveaways include toy hard hats and balloons. Door prizes and snacks for the grown-ups.
